Terms

Last updated: April 2026

These terms cover use of omniaura.ai, the marketing website for Omni Aura LLC. Product terms for HeyDitto live at heyditto.ai/terms and govern any use of the HeyDitto product.

Agreement to terms

Omni Aura LLC ("Omni Aura", "we", "us", or "our") operates this site (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms govern only your use of omniaura.ai itself; they do not govern the HeyDitto product or any of our open-source projects, which have their own terms and licenses.

Using this site

You may read, link to, and share content on omniaura.ai. Please don't:

Open-source projects

Every project linked from this site (AgentFlow, OmniClaw, OmniSynth, go-kit, xgo, solid-grab, solid-gen-ui, solid-translate, Acta, and the rest of the Omni Aura platform) is governed by its own license on GitHub. Each repository's LICENSE file is the governing document for that code. Nothing on this site grants any additional license, warranty, or support obligation beyond what the LICENSE file provides.

Trademarks

"Omni Aura" and "HeyDitto" are trademarks of Omni Aura LLC. You're welcome to link to our work and talk about it; please don't use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we haven't agreed to.

Site content and intellectual property

The marketing copy, diagrams, and images on omniaura.ai are owned by Omni Aura or its licensors. Quoting for commentary, journalism, or research is fine. Wholesale republication is not.

No warranty

omniaura.ai and the content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep things accurate, but we can't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Open-source code is governed by its own license's warranty terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Aura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for access to the Site, which is zero.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with venue in Alabama.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
